10:30 a.m. Update: lanes are now open, but motorists should expect congestion SUFFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — On I-664 at the Monitor-Merrimac Memorial Bridge Tunnel North, all northbound lanes are closed due to a crash, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation. Traffic backup is about 2.5 miles as of 10 a.m. on Saturday.
